The compassion showed today had me in tears. I wasn’t a regular shopper at Best Buy but it I need anything electronic or appliances I will make sure to come here and go out of my way to drive here because I had that amazing or an experience Good job NOAH !!!!! "I called the Geek Squad and after the agent completed assisting me with a tech issue, he moved to copy my Google account in Incognito Mode. I have tried for more than a week to place a complaint with Best Buy but was transferred to Geek Squad so they could remote into my laptop (come on now). There is no way to keep track of the overseas Call Center Techs. If I wasn't paying attention, this guy could have taken a great deal of my personal information. Then I have to ask, how many people have had their email passwords and personal information taken this way? Best Buy needs a hotline to immediately answer customer concerns."

"It was a good experience at this best buy. Came in to return items purchased online. We didn't have a receipt but the guy at the counter was super helpful and pulled up the items using phone number. He was helpful and kind and quick at getting the things done (with a long line of people behind)"

"Absolute waste of time. Drove 45 minutes to pick up a phone case from this location only to find they were in fact out of stock (verified inventory before arriving). Only one other case was in stock, and it was less than $10 more expensive. I asked if they could price match and the staff (including manager) refused, and all but laughed at me for asking. Staff could care less and seemed completely uninterested in providing any assistance, and their "apologies" were heartless and felt forced. I'm a pretty easy-going guy, I don't cause problems, make a scene, I am polite, and I don't complain... But when you walk out of a store you went way out of your way to go to, empty-handed, due to the store's own inventory error, and the management would rather see you disappointed than knock $8 off of a product that you would've ONLY been buying because it was all that was available - well, it says a lot about the staff. Nothing against Best Buy, I've been a customer for over 15 years, but the staff at THIS location - absolute waste of time. Could I have paid extra? Yes. But why would I for something I didn't really want, and principal dictates I shouldn't. If the staff even remotely acted like they cared about the satisfaction of a customer - I would've paid the higher amount for the other case. Best Buy: the reason a sale fell through today was due to the staff at this location. It is what it is."
