"Ordered over $400 of food at 8 am for a delivery scheduled between 8pm and 10pm. The food was packaged and ready for delivery by 7:30 that night however it was never picked up for delivery. It was a foggy night and at 9:50 received an email saying it wouldn't be delivered and to expect an update. At 12:30 received another email saying the order was cancelled and we would get a credit update in 2 or 3 days. No attempt was made to deliver the following morning, no phone call, no anything. Customer service and the store manager just mostly said, well tough luck, you can reorder but nothing else we can do. Have ordered over $800 worth of food a month and don't even consider a telephone message. Manager claimed they can't get drivers but I drove for Amazon flex in the past and they would increase the route pay until someone accepted the route so not sure I believe that either. Deserved much better service."
"Great grocery place. Reminds me of a Goodness Me at home. Pricey but quality products. For people who are trying to eat healthy and are on a budget, this isn't exactly the place to get all of your grocery needs but it's very clean and stuff are friendly"
"Christmas? Thanksgiving? Birthday? Any day? This is the place to go... they have a huge selection of clean foods to make whatever your heart desires... yes, it's kind of pricey... but you're paying for quality. I attached a photo and video of one of many charcuterie table spreads I've made using only items from whole foods! Will definitely add the wow factor to any meal and occasion!"
