There was a small issue behind the fresh entrees counter a few weeks ago and the Manager was very helpful and handled it in an excellent manner. As a single person, I love to pick up my dinner from the hot foods area. It's always delicious and prepared and presented in a appetizing manner. "Really enjoy shopping at plum market but there has been numerous occasions where they display long over expired items specifically in yogurt section in plum market. Had multiple in encounters where I had to notify the associates or had to come back because I purchased expired yogurts. Otherwise all my experience at plum market has been positive"

Employees are very knowledgeable about their products. Produce is fresh. I would rate five stars except that their prices are a bit higher than other grocery stores."
"I love shopping at Plum Market. It's more expensive than a typical grocery store, but you are paying for truly exceptional service. In addition, the store is very clean, the shelves are well stocked and the produce is beautiful! I would challenge you to find a piece of anything that isn't super fresh. The staff are really helpful, but not overbearing. If you need help, there are plenty of nice people who will do whatever they can to assist you."
