"Super frustrating experience. I love JC Penny mainly due to the fact they are the only department store that still carries a men’s tall size. This JC Penny is the worst in Michigan by a mile. It’s unorganized and dirty and just over rundown looking. The most frustrating is the entire store, both floors only had one register open and it was at returns/customer service desk. The gentleman working it was surly to say the least."

"The staff were awesome and showed care and collaboration with the customer and eachother. I went to purchase a bra and needed to get fitted. So the lead floor person got the info and 2 other staff also needed to learn. We all learned together, I got a great fit and found a great bra on clearance."
"Good shopping stop, they got everything for all. The prices are great. I was looking for a specific nike shoe, it was priced at $145 in Dicks Sporting Goods but I was able to get the same shoe in $125 here at jcpenney. They also got great offers for summer and if you open a new credit card account here, they give 15% off at overall price."
