"Horrible horrible management and the residents are not any better"
"I’ve lived here for 13 years and the reviews don’t lie. I moved in when I was 5 and really can’t wait to move out. Mold, inconsiderate neighbors that: yell, blare music, and smoke inside, and nobody picks up after their dogs. I hope someday that these apartments get some sort of restoration or remodeling because it’s a nostalgic place for me— I mean, I grew up here! I would love to see them become what I once saw them as when I were young again."

"Lived there for over two years and had problems with black mold and crying walls, bed bugs, no screens for windows, a/c not keeping the apartment cool enough during summer my inside temp was 90* while outside was cooler, I did my best to clean up and the apartments kept almost all of my deposit. Don’t go here to live!!"
"These apartments weren’t at all what the manager said they would be. We ended up moving here because we needed month to month and a place that allows pit bulls, till we buy a home a few months. Honestly our biggest regret. Our neighbor smokes in his apartment all day long so the entire apartment smells like stale, cheap cigarettes. I’m pregnant so this is a huge issue for us. The water heater doesn’t last for more than 15 minutes, so we can’t even do dishes properly. Not to mention since moving into these apartment both me and my husband have been extremely sick, migraines, bloody noses and the manager did not seem concerned when we asked if the apartments have been tested for drugs. We got it tested privately and are currently waiting for the results. Lots of the neighbors are extremely nice, but have had their kids toys stolen. A few of the neighbors are irresponsible dog owners and there is dog poop EVERYWHERE! And a few people who also own pit bulls sit and let their dogs bark and act aggressive towards anyone walking around. We are paying almost a $1,000 a month. Wouldn’t be an issue is the apartment didn’t smell like cigarettes (also neighbors all smoke by their windows so you can’t have your windows open) and now our furniture will be ruined by the time we move. It’s our own fault for moving here sadly."
