"The property manager Sarah is fantastic so my change in review should not reflect on her. I moved in 2015, when I moved in there was a great community among the neighbors and great maintenance. In 2019 ownership changed, the property manager stayed the same making it appear that it would remain business as usual. However there maintenance changed and repairs are no longer done correctly if they are done at all. I have entered a maintenance request no less than 5 times regarding the doors over the washer and dryer do not stay on track. It has never been fixed. Most recently I came home to find one door on the ground, with the front broken. Two weeks later the request was closed as completed, but the door was not touched. The door on the bathroom is physically broken, maintenance stapled it together and marked it complete. The dishwasher never worked, and was finally replaced, but was not installed, it can be completed pulled out and will tip when loaded. The request to fix this was completed with no action being taken. In February I ready told they would replace the fridge because it does not work and in the five years I have lived here I have never had any renewal upgrade. This has never happened. When I call out that maintenance never fixes anything correctly if it's fixed at all I'm told it's because the owner will not pay for things to be replaced. When I started renting at Falcon Estates it was a nice no frills place that was well maintained. In the last year and a half it has gone downhill with ever increasing prices over what it's worth, empty promises and an inability to get maintenance done."

"The landlord would always threaten to call the tow truck on residents for parking on the side of the townhome Because it was a danger hazard but would let her employees park there. One time a construction worker they hired walked in my house with no warning while I was showering and made my alarm go off. There was always little issues the landlord would mass text too all of the residents about instead of addressing them privately to people. They also charge you a ridiculous amount when you move out. Other than the landlord being a pain I didn’t mind living there."

"My husband and I moved here at the beginning of October 2017. We have no complaints. Maintenance is quick, so no waiting weeks or months. I live in one of the apartmentsand apartments are very nice inside. They have a good sized bathroom with a large sink area, perfect for doing hair and laying your makeup out and other stuff. The kitchen is HUGE!!! Like bigger than any previous place I’ve lived in. There is a ton of cupboards and a good sized pantry. The bedrooms are large. The front room is large and cozy. I love the large front windows. They provide a ton of light. The apartments are just great and comfortable and the layout is great. It leaves the kitchen and front room open for guests, and the bedrooms are down a hallway. There is one covered parking spot and then open parking in the back. The storage shed isn’t huge, but you can definitely fit a Christmas tree and totes in there comfortably. The neighborhood is great. Most of the townhouse people tend to keep to themselves, but the apartment peeps are super cool and friendly. There are the elementary and junior high are behind the apartments. Great for your kiddos. The elementary kids aren’t that loud, I hardly ever notice them. The real noise is the high school. The kids tend to like to honk a lot when they are getting out. The walls and floors are very solid. I can sometimes hear the people below me, but only when they are being super loud. I can’t hear my neighbor on the other side ever and I don’t think he can hear us. The freeway is just around the corner, which is the best thing ever. You can’t really hear the freeway unless you try to. Management is fantastic. When I emailed about my interest in the apartments, I got a text back from the landlord in less than an hour and was able to go and check out the place that night. They send out a reminder every month about rent being do a week before it’s do. They also have these little newsletters they send out every so often. So far I super love this place and would recommend it to anyone."
