"Lived at these apartments several years ago. Lived with Matt Shields and wife in FY-2017-2018 Dropped by in FY-2019 and talked withsome of our friends. The Apartments are very energy Efficient. Lived in a 2 Bedroom 1/2 Bath town home. Very Much enjoyed our 4 years until we moved out of state. Moved there because the manager did not authorized Smoking and told my wife and I, up front it was a "DRUG FREE COMMUNITY". We enjoyed the low gas bills, no noise between apartments and enjoyed the community. Would recommend the apartmetn. The two bed 900 sqft Three bdrm 1250sq I think. You can email me for any questions. Dropped by and some of the people who lived there in FY-2017 are still there. Amazing. I would recommend the place. We cleaned our apt and got securty deposit back in about 20 days. The only thing bad Iwould say is that people who comply with the lease and do Drugs, Management is kinda hard. We liked the idea our kids did not have towitness. Benji"
"STAY AWAY!!! If I could give this negative 100 I would. Owner, Glenn Mills harassed me the entire time I lived at this residence. He asked for my rent early and was belligerent when I wouldn't/couldn't pay it early. He asked me to go with him to Las Vegas and was upset when I told him no. He hired a private investigator to make sure that I didn't have visitors specifically male visitors. He had cameras all facing my apartment. I have never in my life felt so unsafe. He made my living absolutely miserable as a single 22 yr old mom with 3 small children. I was current on all rent and just asked how much I would have to pay to get out from under my lease and he put a formal eviction on my record. And said, "When no one else will rent to you, you can come beg for your place back" AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID"
"If i could i would give them a negative review i would . We put in an application and a deposit to hold the appartment he investigated us like the fbi then denied us and refused to give us our deposit on the hold for the appartment. This place is a rip off do not rent from them"
