"Remember when you sign a lease with these people, that it's only legally binding when it benefits them. They lie by omission, they don't tell you they can charge you as much as they want and say its for water trash and sewer, then they don't give you a copy of the lease that says they can do anything they want. The bottom line they give you for TOTAL monthly payments on your lease is just a guideline. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is for the maintenance team and ground crew that keeps the property maintained and beautiful. Sad management doesn't have the same ethics."
"Ethen, one of the apartments leasing agents, gave me a great tour. Love the counter tops and the view from the third floor apartments. The property was beautiful and spacious. They had no pet restrictions. That they had no media package was exciting to see, they had no extra fees. From my experience so far, highly recommend!"
"So let me start by saying that I'm a complete stranger to Utah but so far absolutely love it! When I went to tour, and set up the appointment on the phone, the younge man I spoke to was polite, professional, helpful, and offered two different floor plans to choose from. When I arrived, very welcoming in the office, could feel a strong since of community. Ethan, the gentleman I was meeting was professional and broke all the details down to me on cost, also offered a very special promotion for first month free, then showed me a absolute beautiful 3 bedroom two bath. The view of the surrounding mountains was breath taking from the balcony and master bedroom window. The flooring was very nice, the fire place, wood burning may I add was a awesome touch for those winter days. The grounds kept clean and everything was just as you would expect, perfect! Very close to schools and the city transit system. I do regret not qualifying for the credit score so was unable to rent here. But highly recommend this place. Evenly priced with awesome polite staff, clean grounds and beautiful apartments. Thanks for your time Ethan."
"My husband and i have been living here about a month, it’s been a great experience so far. It’s our first apartment and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The Maintenance guys are super prompt with any issues and very nice as well. The area is very well kept, neighbors are quiet and the name itself is suitable for the view on my patio. Rent is reasonable as well. We see ourselves staying here as long as the military keeps us in utah!"
