"As soon as I come into the Hart Apartment I always notice how clean it is. The cleaning team does a really good job. Could do a bit better about the snow removal."

"My biggest gripe is the rent price for what’s offered.. A studio apt base rent here is $1,100 dollars. With covered parking/internet, utilities you’re looking at $1443 per month. "Terribly designed online payment portal that looks like it was made in 2007 by a high school student. Only way they allow you to pay them is through said portal, which is slow to update information. On top of that there’s only one dumpster on the property and it’s in the far south east corner, so if you live on the north west corner good luck. A lot of residents with loud and aggressive dogs that they leave on balconies unattended, so if you have a dog that scares easily might not be the place for you. Tons of other things but these are the big notes."

"Almost every apartment has a usable balcony. Close to schools, Hill Air Force Base, shopping, but still nestled away so the complex itself is pretty quiet. They are also pet friendly."
