"I lived here for a 1 1/2 yrs almost 2 if I could give negative stars I would. They are non-responsive when having an issue or even moving out. We’ve been trying to contact them for two months now leaving messages both on voicemail and with maintenance. There still has been zero response, now they sent us to collections without even properly contacting us back. We will be notifying the Better Business Bureau and I suggest anyone else who has an issue with this place does so as well. This was from fall of 2019 to spring of 2021. Here it is spring of 2024 and they've changed name, changed ownership, updated complex not sure how they are."

"STOLE $1500 DEPOSIT FROM ME super unfortunate their management has been so unhelpful with the return of my deposit from 3 months ago because we enjoyed living there and was prepared to say many great things but now Do not reccomend it at all!! Legally the deposit has to be returned within 30 days but 3 months later no one can tell us what is happening DO NOT MOVE IN HERE unless you don’t care about $1500 being taken from you. Daily follow ups and the start of legal proceedings is in your future if you sign a lease here"

"I've been living here for 3 years now. Most 1 star reviews are due to the previous management who weren't the best and loved their ultra low-budget remodels. You can check this by seeing how far back the one-star reviews were. One of my friends moved in downstairs and got a new remodel under the current management, and the difference is night and day. It is certainly getting nicer here, and the management team seems to have pulled themselves out of the hole the previous team dug. They are very responsive and understanding. No place is perfect, but I dont believe Aspire deserves the negative rating they currently have. It's actively a 4 star rating for the price, and they are slowly building to that 5. The only advice I have is to check the thermostat. People complaining of it not turning off automatically had theirs set up by old management as 2 phase (on/off). Let management know, and they'll have it rewired to 3 phase (temperature controlled), which only took a few minutes."
