Clearfield Junction

"Clearfield Junction has been one of the best places ive ever lived. Its clean, well put together, and theyre opening up a dog park so the area is more suitable for animals which is awesome! Ive been here for a couple months and Kelsie the leasing manager and Colten the maintenance Assistant Manager are absolutely amazing and put the tenants needs before their own which is the type of people you would want to work with. They have worked with me multiple times when having any sort of questions and will stop anything they are doing to help. Kelsie and Colten really make this place feel like home and make it a place I want to live at. I definitely recommend leasing here as it will be a new experience that you have when renting!"

"I lived here for a year with two other roommates and through that year we dealt with multiple power outages.Our heating system also went out and they left us with no heat for almost a week in the middle of winter. They eventually brought us portable heaters (after they lied saying they tried to bring some but nobody answered. We had a ring camera so we called them out on it.) The amenities were suppose to be 100% completed in August of 2022 and prior to that a neighbor told us they have been telling them for the past year that the amenities would be completed soon. Towards the end of our lease they finally got the gym completed and pool area dug to which the pool is still not completed. If you have a dog good luck trying to find a place to take it to the bathroom. You’ll have to find some dark alleyway because the middle area is usually flooded or just a mud pit. Inside the apartment looks nice when you first see it but you’ll soon find out how cheaply these apartments were made and the shortcuts they take. You’ll also hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing and when I saying everything I mean EVERYTHING. Parking only works if you have one car. If you have more than one you’ll need to fight for parking or take a chance at being towed. A lot goes on at night and there have been multiple times where cops are constantly at the apartment complex. I’ve seen people dumpster diving through the trash and have been approached by sketchy people in the parking lot. Management is impossible to get ahold of when you need something and when you do get in contact with them they tell you they will do something but they never follow through."

"I live here now! Just moved in. We are ecstatic to be here!!! Our view is outstanding!! The apartment itself is beautifully finished, quiet, and just what we all need. We live right by the train tracks and it does not matter. When trains go by you barely hear anything unless you have your windows open. I can't believe how quiet it is. You can not hear any other tenants. The apartment is so well insulated that you do not hear a thing."

"Now that my lease is nearly up here is my conclusion. I would only recommend this apartment complex for $1,100 or less a month. The inside is as cheaply made that something can be nice. Wall mounted items are all falling out, lights flicker as upstairs neighbors walk, and cabinet hinges are sagging. The outside of the apartment is even worse. Construction is a joke, constantly violating city ordinances. Parking is just as bad. Common lot is the trashiest part."
