"I love my apartment! The staff is really friendly and got me in pretty quick. I have great neighbors and never hear loud noises. We don’t have a swimming pool but great gym and pickle ball court!"
"I love working at lotus anthem the office lady’s are great always there for help when you need:) working at anthem I’ve got to talk with lots of residents and everyone is so kind and welcoming. The gym and club house are amazing. Wonderful view of the mountains as well :)"
"Pros: office women are great. All Emails and concerns are attended to the moment you talk to them. They are not helicopter managing, you are free to live your life and feel comfortable. Grounds employees are great. Friendly, and keep the place nice. Halls stay cleaned. Lots of dogs. Big and small and great way to friend neighbors. Cons: fiber wave internet is $75 and not great. Test ping usually sitting at 17-20 seconds. If neighbors above you, you hear s*x, crying, walking if they’re heavy footed Or not mindful of apartment living. Mine specifically wake me up in my sleep just walking. The solar system runs 24/7 so there is always a hum noise and vents running. The house is not quiet ever. Same for bathroom vents; they are always running a noise. Just things to consider. I am accepting of my circumstances as renter and like being here."
"I moved in here a couple weeks ago and I absolutely love that my mom is even planning on moving here in the spring. Most likely it is such a beautiful building they take good care of it and the staff is extremely friendly and caring. I couldn’t have found a better place to move to."
