"*** Went to address my concerns and miscommunication with said management as stated in their reply, and I was told " You left a bad review we have nothing to discuss now you need to get out before I start the eviction paperwork" so be very wary when dealing with this place. Because I left an honest review I am now being evicted.*** Be wary of the new manager, Jesus Talamantes. He has been dishonest and lied to me. Being told you need to meet x requirement, x requirement was met he came back with well y requirement wasn't met. I said y requirement was never said to be needed done, and was just told 'it is now' and told I failed to meet said requirement. Terms previously agreed on by both parties were not honored at *all* by management. Dates were changed and things needed to be done changed with no notification to myself. Careful with this place, and be sure you get anything said by 'management' in writing or record it because it *will* change to suit their needs. I don't speak for everyone, just how I was treated by this new 'manager' and I strongly recommend you get ANYTHING said by them in writing or recorded because the details of agreements changed for me without my knowledge."

"DO NOT RENT HERE MY FIRST 3 months i had to move to an upstairs unit because i had a leak that they never fixed so my whole roof collapsed in my kitchen and then theres never anyone in the office EVER they dont ever come fix anything unless you threaten to leave they dont care about their residents at all and i will never ever come back here they also got new management and they are RUDE"

"Listen up if you live at Cosby apartment they will message over The lady here told up my lease and then charge me 20509 For apartment that she rip up my lease and then I paid her off and had court papers and I still gotta pay that much money. Now they won’t take payment plans this place with mold, and it was disgusting. And before I went to court. And I pay them court 800 plus more. They she put out. I didn’t break lease she rip up. Cosby will lie on you. Put you debt."

"There is NO MAINTENANCE and the New Management don't care about anything. Had black mold in my bathroom with the upstairs leaking into my kitchen and bathroom and they didn't give a ****. Had the June storm break out my living room and bedroom windows and they still weren't fixed when I left at end of July. Half the complex don't have AC through mass heat waves and just watch local KSWO they dont even defend themselves. Ignore press like they ignore tenants. Bad Owners and Bad Management Do Not Recommend."

"The staff and managers there are horrible. Within my first few months of living there I had a leak that spread to my second closet. The Manger did nothing about until I called everyday asking about an update which mind you was over a two month maybe 3 time span. Anytime I did call about the leaks going on I was told well the resident before you didn't have any issues not to mention the complete neglect of some of the apartments there was astounding. Do not rent from this place until they get better staff."
