"I bought an ebike online. other shops in the metro area wouldn't even offer advice or try to be helpful. these guys used my embarrassingly small amount of info and outfitted me to swap my crankset. with some wild Frankenstein type mix of parts to help out the bottom line, ya dig? top notch service from guys that helped me feel like I could do what I was doing. with a smile, even. I'll go back for what I need now, for sure. and I live all the way across town!"

"If you need bike repairs, this is not the place to go. Dropped bike off with a date that I needed bike done, was told it would not be a problem. Checked in 3 weeks later, was told the parts were ordered but hadn’t arrived, had to ask him when they would arrive, found that he had no idea when they would arrive but was certain he could make my date. Today, two days before bike was to be completed, called and asked what status was, was told parts had still not arrived. Guy who runs the place seemed indifferent and in no hurry to get anything done. Im should have known it was a bad idea to drop my bike off, when I was dropping bike off, another customer came in very upset over the very same thing. Much better options for bike repair within a few minutes of this place. Do not recommend. Just fyi, I didn’t agree to a price, they pretty much had a blank check to get my repairs done on the date I wanted, it was not a suggestion, I would pay for what I wanted and they couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction."

"Love this place. Patient with my kids while I browse, ready to offer sound advice when I have no clue what I’m doing but have a goal. When something goes amiss with my bike, Jake is always able to fix it in 10 minutes or less. His knowledge of bikes is awe-inspiring - I just need to follow him around for a week and ask “why” ;). His staff is friendly and helpful and really do their best to make the most enjoyable ride for you. I’m a competitive runner that was forced to quit, and they are making the transition a comfortable one. I hadn’t ridden a bike since I was 10, but I’m on a road bike and doing 25-35 Miles at a time when I go, and I just added a trailer for my kids and a new hybrid bike; I couldn’t have done that without their guidance. I like knowing they are available and knowledgeable and helpful."

Jake is the most knowledgeable bike mechanic you will find, and not only in Tulsa, but in the surrounding area. Pricing is very very reasonable, especially when you throw in the level of knowledge and expertise you get in your purchase. City Cycles is the reason why the internet can't compete with the value of customer service!"
