"I usually order my groceries online and I understand having substitutions but the last 2 or 3 times instead of substitutions I just haven't been getting some of my groceries. I can understand a couple people make mistakes but having this happen 2 or 3 times in a row? I'll shop somewhere else."
"Young cashier with skulls finger tattoos. I want to say maybe customer service setting isn’t for you. I’m sorry you had to ring me out. Overfill my bags to ask if I wanted double bagging to then not. Slam my cans and eggs. Go back and forth for 8 card attempts. Refusing a spilt payment, knowing I could. You were nice enough to throw my remaining bagged items in my cart. Unfortunately you forgot one. I know because it was laundry stuff and one thing I was excited for because I rarely have extra to get them. Manger just as rude. I wasn’t rushing my card but after embarrassing humiliating declined attempts my sever anxiety took over. I just worked my own 4 am Walmart shift. I was reluctant to call about my bag. The shortness and annoyance the manger had about my call proved my feelings right. I previously did overnights at this location, pass three Walmarts on my way home always picked this location. I will no longer do so. I couldn’t image just be so disgusting to another person. Sorry you picked working there as a cashier."
"Out of the two in the area (Glenpool & Jenks) this is definitely the winner. I suggest this one for regular grocery needs no problem. They're as well stocked as any other and clean at this location and the workers are pretty good overall. I'd just suggest going to another retailer if you need a super Walmart, because the super Walmart in Glenpool is exactly the opposite of super."
