"I can honestly say for the past 5 years they have done a great job opening and closing my pool. That's why they got 2 stars instead of 1. But this past year has been a nightmare dealing with them. Opening the pool this year it looked terrible. And just recently I had them change the sand in pool filter. Sand was everywhere and my pump/ filter was leaking out of some of the connections. I also asked to have the dial on top replaced and I was told that wasn't part of the work order they received. The communication was awful. I was then told that my pool contained a dangerous amount of "nitrates" and was unsafe to swim in. The solution spend more money draining my whole pool to fix the problem. I am thankful my father in law knows a little about pool maintenance and we got a second opinion. My pool is looking awesome, no pool draining needed. My father in law called and was told the leaks and the issues were there not there problem. So I have taken my business elsewhere."
