"I called in a prescription and was told it would be ready at 3PM. I called to check again and it said 4PM. My husband and I show up in the drive thru at 4:20PM and didn’t get to the window until 5PM. Only to be told there were issues with insurance and they would get to us in another 40 minutes. We go inside after talking to insurance and they tell us that basically we have to pay $250 or wait until insurance can be confirmed. Even though my insurance did not change and I have been on this medication for a year and never had any issues prior. Terrible customer service and communication. I left with no prescription and no resolution."
"Never busy so I like to shop here. Wouldn’t use the pharmacy however they deny people pain meds, antidepressants and sleep medication. The pharmacists have too much power!"
"Went in store to make some purchases. The manager and other employee on duty were very patient, kind, and helpful. I wish I got their names! They were out of stock on a few things, but overall the store is clean and well kept. I will be back to shop here"
"This pharmacy staff needs to be whipped into shape. Unnecessarily long wait times for scripts that have already notified as being ready and the staff is rude. I’ve been picking up here for about a year (cost is better) but in that time I’ve had one tech be pleasant. Either hire help if they’re overworked or get customer friendly staff."
