"I bought a holster for my Walther PDP from Tulster via Amazon. I had never heard of the company before but gave them a try and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product. Holster was very well built and very comfortable. The only issue I had was that even with the included shims the retention was too tight. I reached out to the customer support and they promptly shipped out more shims. After installing them the holster is just perfect. Based on my great experience with the company, I also bought the Universal Mag carrier, which is another well built product. I would highly recommend Tulster and I look forward to them releasing more products so that I can replace holster for my other pistols."

"Overall new to carry conceal needless to say i have been on a mission to find the most comfortable iwb appendix carry kydex holster for my Wilson combat tuned 10rd p365. Tulster is my third diff one from diff manufacturers and prob last holster . The previous two were good until I tried the profile plus . I reached out intially to ask about the diff models avail and was recommended the profile plus for my needs. When arrived I compared to the other manufactures I have obtained and truly a big diff . All cover the trigger guard , this was already optic ready ( in the future for sure) plus when side by side the amount of extra kydex is noticeably less on profile plus and the roundness and craftsmanship diff level ! Plus the true audible click in the retention is next level ! As far as the clips again much better and the two dcc clips are game changers with and without belt , overall comfort is for me more comfortable and after I adjusted the cant it was even better ( I do wish you could maybe alter ride height as I’m not the longest torso guy ) so in that position you feel it when sitting sometimes ! Next was being a novice I didn’t truly understand the claw concept and here they utilize their sidekick concept. My otters had claw attached . So I reached out to customer service and asked about it . I then ordered and they even honored the new order discount on this second purchase ! Soo cool ! Now sidekick arrives and I watch video's and decide on medium for the p365 as suggested , however the resin/primer included was defective and didn’t function . Again reached out to customer service to explain and send photo of defective applicator and they sent me one out free of charge that arrived in few days ! This time it worked like it should and I applied the sidekick in the position I think it should be placed, see photo . I just wish if I could nitpick is there should be a way to test fit the medium or larger sidekick included to see what works best ! I tried with tape suggestion but moved when tighten with belt ! There has to be way to test fit So overall I’m truly satisfied with profile plus and well as the tulster brand and I have come to learn that holsters as a whole a truly personal and everyone has their own favorite .. I found mine"

"A true five star rating! When I added a laser to my Glock 43X I was stuck without a functioning holster until I found these guys. Not only was their product a perfect fit but it’s very comfortable to wear. All that is great but The true measure of a company lies in their customer service. I must say these guys truly excelled. When a screw backed out and I lost it I figured it was gonna cost me at least 10 or $15 to get a new screw and get it shipped to me. However, when I contacted these guys they responded immediately and I had my wayward screw and rubber grommet in my hand in less than 72 hours. Kudos!!’"

"Ordered a tulster holster about two years ago. It's a great holster and comfortable I wear it almost daily. A few weeks ago I listened a screw and a spacer on my holster. I contacted customer support and they had the replacement parts shipped out the same day! They have great products, and excellent customer service. That makes them a great company in my opinion.
