"Only needed one item for my store across the street but WAS MAKING A PURCHASE and asked for $20 cash back in fives so I could give my son lunch money and was told no very rudely that they do not make change he could ONLY give me a 20 and I'd have to figure it out. When I asked how that was making change when I was asking for cash back, that would be my change I was told very rudely, how did I not understand that that's making change and they don't do that! Ugh Kum and go and QT too close to put up with that bull and customer service first thing in the morning! Thankful Kum n Go was able to help me no problem!"
"We eat here pretty regularly and it was rough tonight. Ordered beef pizza, got home and they made it with sausage / no beef. Pizza cook not properly trained on how to use the pizza cutter, looked like 5-year old cut it with a butter knife. Hope it improves soon."
"I always leave feeling so awkward and anxious at this Casey’s. There is one female cashier that is just so confused in her job and her ability to do her job that she completely confuses the customer and makes you feel like you were asking to much by simply having her ring up your items and put gas on a pump, heaven forbid you throw in more things like ice, cash in scratchers or even put in your rewards number. I now avoid this particular Casey’s (even though it’s a block from my house) because it induces way to much anxiety."
