"They don’t believe in customer service. They’ve got one person working the self checkout line AND trying to cover the customer service desk. It isn’t working. They are already saving labor by doing the self checkout…. Why not “splurge” and have someone in the customer service booth?!? Very inconvenient and disappointing"

"This places has fallen from where it was by a long shot, still slightly better than Walmart in quality but customer service has gone to hell and I've bought multiple products in the last couple of months that I've brought home and found it is no longer good. Today I got orange juice that was 3 days expired. How do you not check dates for at least 3 days. The bakery employees are very impolite and the cashier's are extremely slow on the register and the self checkout barely functions."
