I was needing help breaking down a machine for moving purposes and was told over the phone that they are too busy to help non customers since we did not buy the equipment from them. And that I would need to call the place I bought it for help. Wow. Very rude. I will never ever even look into buying a thing from this place."
"I was really put off that the young lady that works there was not very helpful. She just kept saying, “I’ll have to get with Rob.” Or “I don’t know, I’ll have to ask Rob.” The conversation was just weird and we didn’t feel like we got the best service."
