"I have gone to this store for some time in order to purchase vitamins but recently had a poor customer service experience. I buy fish oil regularly and have not come across a quality problem and so I normally don't keep my receipts from Natural Grocers. On the last occasion when I opened the bottle of fish oil a week after purchasing it it smelled pretty rough, which has never happened before. When I tried to return, exchange or get store credit for the bad fish oil pills I was refused by the manager because I didn't have a receipt. This is poor customer service for a regular customer and I won't be going back, nor can I recommend this store to others."

"I love this place for various things. They have tons of Natural Grocer brand flours and other products that are great and reasonably priced. They also have their own filtered water that is 25 cents a gallon. They have periodical sales that are sometimes good deals and items that are close to expiration gst marked way down. I never get their produced because it is extremely overpriced and I dont believe that organic is better. Their prices overall are high on their brand name items so I would not go here for most of my shopping list. They also lack a deli or fresh meat and seafood."
