Summit Ridge Apartments

"Flooding. My apartment has flooded over a dozen times, from my washer and from the floor in guest bedroom. Instead of allowing me to change units with no charge, they’ll offer me a change of units so long as I sign another year long lease. And god forbid they send help. Multiple times my apartment flooded during a storm, and even though flooding is classified as an emergency situation in the lease I signed, they claimed there was nothing they could do to help and didn’t stop by until the next day (sometimes even didn’t come by until Monday). Not to mention the fact my windows were broken in a storm, and boarded up, leaving us in darkness for MONTHS. I lived in darkness for over half a year. Over half my lease. The pool was closed multiple times during the summer, and even while it was open it had green stuff on the bottom and sides. My toilet has been broken for quite some time, I spoke in person to management about it and still nothing has happened to fix it. It looks cute, but with full honesty I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. If you want a run down place, there’s lots of much cheaper apartments in Lawton to choose from."

"The staff at this complex are amazing specifically the manager Sydney. She is extremely helpful with any issues that arise and doesn't allow any nonsense on the property. I would definitely reccomend this property to anyone looking for a new place to live. My family and I love it here."

"Summit Ridge is awesome! Joe, an employee helped me out big. He helped moved in a washer and dryer just out of sheer kindness. He even offered to install it as well. Awesome guy! Editing my review over a year later: After renting at another complex across the country in Fort Bragg, I cannot stress how much I miss the team at Summit Ridge. I would never live in Lawton again, but if I did, it would be at Summit Ridge without a second thought."

"Here's the bottom line review: For military family's and individuals, summit ridge is the best bang for your buck in Lawton. It's on the far west side , away from the troubled areas and 5 mins away from everything: target , ft sill and Walmart. Angie, the manager, is the best apartment manager I have delt with during my 7 years of being a renter. She truly treats her clients with respect and takes care of them to the best of her ability. If you're looking to save some money and still have a decent place to live, I recommend Summit Ridge."

"I have had great experiences with summit ridge staff and management. They are friendly & work hard. When we place our work orders, they are on it! I’ve had multiple in counters with Joe & he’s amazing. So friendly and professional. He works hard to make sure everything we need fixed is fixed!"
