"The order was not available for pickup right away. They ended up having to order the product, which should have taken 1 week, but took 2. On top of that, we got a phone call telling us it was ready to pick, went to the store (it is like 45 mins away from our house), only to find out that they closed the store early. We had to go back a 2nd time to finally get the battery. Not to mention, I got at least 2 surveys from you when the battery was delivered to the store, not when I had actually picked it up. Not a great experience at all!"
"Ordered and paid for a battery last week for me to pick up and was finally able to get across the valley from South Jordan to pick it up. Google maps says they're open to 6PM. Their sign on the door says that they're open to 6PM too. Got there during open hours at 5:45PM on my third attempt and the doors were locked and they were closed. No note on the door explaining anything. Another customer was there with me and he tried calling. This is poor customer service. Not happy."
"I went in to have my Coach watch battery replaced and had a charger issue. Two very handsome men helped me and my grandson get our problems solved very professionally and quickly! I was grateful for the help and the extra mile they went to helping us with the computer issue as well. This store is a new favorite place of mine! I'll be a return customer for sure! Thanks guys!"
