"I came in to get my vehicle serviced for an alignment and a break check. Before I left, I embarrassingly let them know that my car key had broken off the button thingy. So when I returned to pick my car. Not only was it serviced, and breaks cleaned, but Tristan took the time to fix my key!! It would've cost me $350 at toyota. Thanks to him I have more time to put money aside and get my key fixed later! I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to get their vehicle serviced. All the employees that helped with my vehicle and helped me get scheduled were wonderful! Thank you for the amazing customer service. ❤️"

"This has become my go tire for tires, brakes, alignments, oil changes, etc. They are very honest and don't try to oversell. Another Big O in a city to west tried to sell me brakes when I didn't need them and the guy was very pushy about it. Took my car to Draper and they said the brakes don't need to be replaced. Shout out to Caleb for being very helpful earlier this week."

"We have taken our vehicles to this Big O’s shop for new tires and flat repairs over the years. While the flats and need for new tires seem to happen at less than ideal times, the visits are always straightforward and the work done quickly with quality. With that being said I wanted to share our most recent visit because the versatility of the shop expands far beyond tires. We had them install a full suspension(adjustable short arm) lift, adjustable shocks, track bars, steering stabilizer, wheels, 38” tires and lastly do an alignment. This isn’t a mall crawler, we like to go 4 wheeling so a quality job was critical to our feeling confident when going out on trails. That’s exactly what we received and we couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. They even finished ahead of schedule which was a nice surprise. For reference we’ve done similar setups on our prior TJ and JK Wranglers and have taken them to 4wheel specific shops located in the valley and received the same level of quality and service from this Big O shop so I wanted to give a recommendation that they are fully capably of doing far more than tires. Thank you Big O!"

"Local ATV dealer wanted approx $650 for two new tires. Was able to buy them online for a small fraction of the price. Called Mike at Big O and he said to drop them off and he would get them mounted for me. I told Mike I was not concerned on the price just wanted to get it done. Picked them up on the same day and he mounted the tires for “Free”. Not very common these days to get quick and honest service!!! Great job to the Big O Team"
