"I had a local nissan dealer replace both rear hubs. Within 3 months one hub failed and was smoking on the highway, by 6 months both hubs had failed. Dealer did not stand behind their repairs. I searched for a new mechanic and found Richens. They have been great. The have been completely honest. Don't pressure you for unneeded repairs and do great work."
"I will never take our vehicles anywhere else! These guys have been awesome with all of our vehicles. My F150 recently lost acceleration on the highway - had it towed to Richins, within a few hours they called and advised what the issue was along with other issues I already knew about. Within 24 hours, they replaced my throttle body and both exhaust manifolds and my truck is running like brand new! Even though I was a few minutes late picking it up on a Friday night, they stayed open for me past closing time so I had my vehicle for the weekend. 10/10 recommend, they are very quick, knowledgeable and friendly. "Just had some small shaking with the car, but no check engine light or anything. Turns out, a bunch of mud and gunk got in the wheels and all over the undercarriage and I couldn’t see it. They cleaned it out great and it’s better now! Also offered a complimentary ride back to my work 1 exit down the freeway. Amazing service dudes"
