"I love taking my cars to this location. They always manage to squeeze me in and get me taken care of. This last week there was a rare exception where they did not have my brake pads in stock and were charging as much as the Mercedes Dealership and it would take them about a week for the parts to get in. You would think a place known for Tires and Brakes would have the parts always in stock especially for such a common Mercedes model."

"I was really impressed with this location of Les Schwab! It was a first-time visit to the Draper Store. They greeted me at my vehicle, and invited me into the store. They seemed sensitive to what set of tires I needed for my vehicle, and the cost. They promised a price, but actually came in around 10% below what I expected - saved me the cost of an alignment. This set of new tires makes my truck handle just the way it should - so much better! The Draper staff did a great job! I was impressed with the waiting room, the staff, and the quality of the work. They picked up right away on the phone as well, and let me know when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Far more professional than the other tire stores in the Draper area!"

"Highway Robbery!!! I took my vehicle in to the Draper Les Schwab for a free pre-trip safety inspection. After waiting, they lied to me, claiming that they found hydraulic fluid leaking from a shock, that the bushings were cracking, my alignment is off, and quoted over $800.00 for repair. They also charged me $60 for a stripped lug nut which I’m sure was their fault. I then took my vehicle to be inspected by two other shops in town whom both said there were no cracks in the bushings, the hydraulic fluid was not leaking, and there were no signs of alignment issues. I took the printed quote back in to Les Schwab and told them to eat it. I’d advise not doing business with Les Schwab."
