"NOTE: This 5-Star Review is specific to the Pharmacy Tech, Tristin, that helped me, NOT for the pharmacy itself. When I arrived at the pharmacy to see when my prescription would be ready, the tech that originally helped me did not know and was not quite sure what to tell me. That’s when Tristin stepped in and immediately started problem solving. She asked me questions about my openness to possible substitutions, she checked their store inventory for options, and ultimately found that my prescription could be filled with what was available. Next was the question of cost, she ran the price by me and asked if it was what I was expecting. When I told her that it was about twice what I thought it would be based on the online insurance information, she actively explored options. She checked GoodRx and explored various options available through CVS. Ultimately, she was able to find an option that saved me almost $100. Tristin provided EXCELLENT customer service. She immediately took charge of the situation, showed confidence, actively problem solved, actively communicated throughout the process, provided options, and included me in the process to ensure that I was taken care of. Wow! She turned what I was expecting to be a negative experience into a very positive one. Tristin totally made my day, and based on my experience, I suspect that she has been the “hero” in other people’s days too. Tristin’s service should be used as a model for training!"

"I RECENTLY HAD 2 GREAT EXPERIENCES WITH THE PHARMACY EMPLOYEE NATHAN. FIRST WAS A FLU SHOT AND HE WAS PERSONABLE AND VERY FRIENDLY. 2ND WAS A PROBLEM WE WERE HAVING WITH MY DAUGHTERS HEALTH INSURANCE DENYING HER MEDICATION. NATHAN FOUND THE PROBLEM AND SOLVED IT QUICKLY AND WAS SUPER HELPFUL SO I COULD UNDERSTAND WHAT TO DO IN THE FUTURE IF NECESSARY. THANKS NATHAN!"

"The manner that this pharmacy treats customers is disgusting. I have been trying for 3 days to get my daughters prescriptions transferred to a new pharmacy and can't get anyone at this location to complete the transfer. I was told they "didn't care" that she was out of medication for 2 days because they had vaccines to give. Shaun the pharmacy manager actually refused to do the transfer after I waited 39 minutes on hold. He said he "might be able to get to it tomorrow". I've already been waiting 3 days for him to get to it and he gave me a maybe. It's unreal."
