"Piece of garbage service. They refused to make a mistake they made, right. I never got my medication that was supposed to be delivered and I asked for a refund first for the delivery fee. Then when they wouldn't work with me to make it right. I call customer service and they were also rude. Refused to refund the whole thing. Using the excuse that once it leaves the building its not their problem. Y'all can screw yourself. This medication was part of hormone therapy replacement. If you are a transgender, AVOID this place at all cost. My medication was stolen because they left it at my doorstep. NOW someone has my private information from the stolen bag with the bottle inside. Its infuriating the kind of service they give. DO NOT GO HERE!"

"Alex went above and beyond with her customer care. I called in with a question and she answered it appropriately. Things arrived at the store shortly afterwards and she went through the trouble to look up my number and call me back to inform me of the shipment that had just arrived with the product I sought. She did it without it being agreed that she would call and let me know. She did it because she is a stellar employee and the worlds needs more people like her out there!"
"I had a covid test appointment set up here and when I arrived they had informed me that the could could do the test anymore due to there pharmacist quitting. They gave me a number to call to transfer my appointment to another location. I called the number spent 35 minutes on the phone for the representative to hang up on me without completing anything. I find not only the lack of notification for their inability to complete the covid test and the fact that I was hung up on completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Will not use this location ever."
