"Came in before closing on March 27th. The pharmacist was overwhelmed with backed up prescriptions and a line of customers. He had only one assistant to help him. He was still pleasant and helpful. He even joked with us. Thank you!! But he needs a little bit more help. Please hire another assistant. He deserves it."

"After waiting over an hour to pick up my antibiotic for my infected toe I was told by Erika that she was not sorry, and I asked to speak to her boss or a manager over the pharmacy she told me to figure it out myself. I'm beyond disappointed to be treated this way after choosing this preferred pharmacy for years. I hope she realizes the way she treated me was not only the definition of poor customer service but also a reflection of how she would want to be treated as a customer too. She also spoke clearly enough for me to hear her say to Marella that she is living in a nightmare that she cannot wake up from. If this is how your pharmacist feels, then you really need a break or to stop working!!"
