"I get great care at the U of U locations. At this location, there are plenty of parking spaces available, and many are designated Handicap friendly. And they are always willing to help at the front desk. Doctors are competent, which is excellent nowadays."

"This clinic has lost any trust I had in the U of U medical system. We take our health serious and try to keep upto date on our immunization, yet they have the guts to malpractice on minority patients and to inject patients with expired doses of vaccines and collect hundreds of dollars from insurance companies. This is absurd. Most recently , I go there to get my fifth Covid vaccine as I’m a front line worker and doing everything I can to stay healthy. The pharmacist injects me with an expired dose of the vaccines, they call me to get a 6th dose… Who is there to trust, if the health care system of Utah is failing. It’s time to jump the U ship and move on to a better practicing healthcare system."

"Pretty sure I was scammed. There is no way the out of pocket cost for one PT session is $800-1000. Even after my insurance, I owed about $400 per visit and no one told me disclosed the costs would be. Absolute SCAM. I like my physical therapist but once I started seeing the bills I had to stop. I feel like the U charges people whatever they want and get away with it. Criminal."

"If I could give this place 0 stars, i would. it is all because of the first impression i had walking up to this place. i went up to a woman that had the named starting with a V to have them assist me, but ignored me when i was standing directly in front of them. i asked if i could get some help but then told me that she is busy while continuing to have her finger on the screen for 5 minutes. luckily i had someone else help me out, but it seemed as if this other person was the only one assisting others which made me almost late to my appointment."
