"Customer service is excellent! I come here almost every day to purchase the fresh handmade sushi! Kudos to the sushi chef. The store is always clean, and I always get in and out without delay. Parking can be tight during busy hours of the day."
"I juice on a regular base and I have used this location a few times to purchase fruits and vegetables in bulk. Today when I went in and asked what boxes of items where available, I was told there wasn't anyrhing available... not even a box to put items in. There were 3 people in the produce to help and I asked for help from all 3 employees. The only employee that was even willing to listen or help was Soren. Kudos to him for his customer service, kindness and willingness to help. I would suggest the SM look at the management team and the service that Soren was willing to give vs the management in the department I was shopping. Soren is an excellent customer service provider as well as he was working hard to make sure the produce department looked good. Thank you for your kindness Soren as you service stands out in my mind as the inky reason I will ever return to shop at this location."
"Went in for a quick stop to get crescent roll dough. I was sent to an area of the store by way of the finger point . Staff not much more helpful. Great place to visit if you like elitist vs plebean treatment."
"The other reviews warning about high prices aren't joking, e.g. $8 for a standard jar of mayo. There is zero service throughout the store, and you will be doing self check-out. My weekly grocery trip here turned into a 5-minute produce grab, but even that's ending now."
