"I have been using this place to fill my prescriptions for about the last 6 years. They seem to be the standard corporate drug store that sells not only prescription and over the counter drugs but also food, greeting cards, etc. Recently I switched over to using a dedicated pharmacy (a local compounding pharmacy) and have found the service there much better. I probably will not use CVS much more; though there is nothing "bad" about them. I have had prescriptions filled there and also got my flu and shingle shots there. But, they are just not quite up to the quality of a dedicated pharmacy. I rate this CVS store far from outstanding but still "adequate"."

"One of the worse CVS that I have gone too. Went there to purchase a thing for my daughter, I was trying to pay with my debit card and the machine keep rejecting it. I know my card is good and ask for Manager. The guy (Keven) says he is the manager and I asked him there is something wrong with the terminal, he said there is nothing wrong with the terminal its my card. I ended up going to Walgreen instead and paid with the same card! I personally work at Visa Processing center and I am pretty knowledgeable with credit card terminal. I don't even know how this guy Keven even a store manager. CVS should train him better how to be good with customers with this kind of situation. He was laughing all alone. Never going back to CVS again to get rubbish customer service specially so called manager."

"Went to get my booster shot this evening. Not a great experience. I read a review below that talked about friendly staff and wondered if we had been to the same store. Showed up to my appointment on time. Was told it would be 20-30 minutes. When I inquired as to why, I was told he had prescriptions to fill. I’ll leave omit the rest of the conversation, but in short, was treated like I was an inconvenience for showing up. Even when I did receive the shot, I asked if I should wait 15 minutes like the other two. The reply was you can if you want, the CDC does recommend but I can’t stop you. In fairness, he finally did at least apologize for the wait as I was leaving. Perhaps just a bad night, but could’ve been handled better. The Restrooms were absolutely filthy. Aside the loo, the store was clean and spacious. I hope your experience is better than mine, but I doubt I’ll return to this location."

"While it is one of the largest stores in the Edmond area they have the worst inventory available. They don’t keep their shelves stocked and it is frustrating when you are shopping sales. The workers are nice but they are usually apologizing for the lack of inventory. Their prices are expensive unless you are utilizing sales and extra bucks."
