"Call ahead of time to see if they had some tires for my mower. Was told if I have a zero turn to use a round shoulder tire asked if they had any said yes a quoted $75 per tire. Go down there drop them off come back have a completely different tire on and bill $270. I was expecting to pay $190 tops. Least you can do it actually make sure you have the tire your talking about, be knowledgeable enough to know if it's "the right size", and contact the customer if price changes."

"I called this morning asking about a replacement tube for my kid's tricycle tire. The lovely receptionist said she would have the mechanic check and call me back. He said they had the tube (8×2 with curved stem). I get there after driving across town and he takes the tricycle without even looking at the wheels and says he'll try to get to it at some point today (very specific). I get to my car and decide that it's not worth the trip to drive back across town to pick it up (for what I'm assuming will be 15 minute repair). So I go back in and say I'll do the repair myself and will just buy the tube. But it's the wrong size.... Don't waste your time here. Buy something off of Amazon and get the work done elsewhere. The mechanic seemed like he had plenty of time to be chatting with his buddies, but not much time for customer service or timely repairs."
