"This is by far the absolute worst experience with a shop I've ever had. I had my vehicle towed here for what I thought was engine issues. Turns out it was my ac compressor, also said my battery was going bad and needed an air filter as well. Now mind you my vehicle is older with high miles, this shop quoted me $1,750. He advised me not to drive my car as the compressor pulley is about to break. The compressor cost no more than $200, that's on the high end. So how this man was accumulating over $1000 dollars in labor fees is beyond me. When I asked about a cheaper option, like a delete pulley, he didn't even want to discuss other options for me. Spending that much on a high mileage vehicle is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention how unprofessional to not mention a cheaper option. Also when I mentioned a cheaper option his attitude changed completely, he no longer wanted to help me, he was very short on the phone. He gave me my price and told me to come pick my car up.Since I was advised not to drive my car I arranged for a tow truck to pick my car up. When I arrived to pick up my car, not only did they refuse to move a vehicle so the tow truck could load my car they then told the tow driver my car runs and I could just drive it. So they advise me not to drive my car and then tell the tow truck drive I can drive it?? My car ran when I dropped it off, but when I pick it up my battery is completely dead, car won't start at all. This shop is absolutely terrible if I could give them zero stars I would. I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid this scam of an auto shop, due to their lack of good customer service and absolute unprofessional way of handling business and just basic common courtesy."

"Our Lexus GX470 has had three axles replaced in about three years, all after a 3” Old Man Emu lift was installed. We were told at another shop that the axle needs to be replaced again, along with other steering components. We got opinions and quotes from four 4x4 shops, with prices of $5k-$7k. Greg is honest as the day is long. He confirmed that some of the other shops were mostly correct, but he earned my trust with his clear explanation of what was going on. His quote was not the lowest, but he convinced me of what we needed, and what we didn’t. We are pleased with his work. I think we have this chronic problem under control, but if anything comes up, I am sure that he will work with us to resolve it."
