"If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Everyone here is so friendly and they also have so much integrity. They are honest and do an incredible job. They have saved me from paying thousands of dollars for unnecessary repairs twice now. In my most recent visit, I brought my car in to have my timing belt replaced as I did not know if it was replaced before I got the car. They called me an hour after dropping it off to let me know that the timing belt had been recently replaced and the $1,000+ repair was not necessary. I am so happy to have found a car shop that is reliable and that I can truly trust. I will always bring my car here and would recommend anyone and everyone to do the same!"

"I'll begin by saying that I've experienced every extreme in the car repair business - from outright liars and terrible work to the kind of shop that you'd have no problem sending your best friend or elderly parent to because you know they'll be treated right - and the fact is that Toy-Auto Masters rises to the top of the food chain in the second category. I've been bringing my Lexus to them for over three years now, and I always leave feeling confident and comfortable. The mechanics are competent, friendly, and fair - they care - and the manager, Jay, has been nothing but knowledgeable, honest, and extremely accommodating; he'll treat you like a human being, not just a number on a work order. "Toyota Masters is the go to lace to get your Toyota repaired or serviced. Reliable work done at a fair price. My Sequoia has been well cared for by Jay and his team for over 9 years now and I am more than satisfied with the quality job they do. In addition they are prompt to respond to your service request and always deliver more than you would expect. You can't go wrong taking your car here!"

"Our (extended) family has A LOT of Toyota vehicles and we have been bringing them to [Jay at] ToyAuto for years. They are always prompt and capable. It has been a true fortune to find a trustworthy place to bring your vehicle. Recently, some damage occurred to our van when in the shop’s care and they took care of finding us an auto body shop (just as great as they are!) and covering all costs. They were genuine and kind throughout the process. It took a while because…life, but never did I feel like they were going to ditch us with a damaged van. And even more recently, we needed some paperwork covered for a family member with disabilities and Jay took care of it immediately without hesitation and at no cost to us. THEN…he took my car obsessed 9yo nephew to his office and gave him one of his prized hot wheels! My nephew was blown away by the gesture. Truly good people at a time when we need lots more good people in the world. Thanks Jay and Roni - you all are great and I hope you never leave!!!!"

"MY GIFT TO YOU, AVOID THIS GRINCH OF A SHOP: I'm writing this review as a warning to others. Earlier this year, I entrusted my Scion to this shop for steering repairs. Despite two attempts, not only did they fail to fix the issue, but it actually worsened. A second opinion from another shop revealed an improper installation of the steering rack (refer to the attached pictures for details). When I politely requested a refund from the manager, Jay, to have it corrected by a more skilled team, his response was dismissive and confrontational: "I'll see you in court." Unfortunately, in the ensuing legal battle, lacking an expert witness led to the judge ruling in their favor. This experience cost me dearly – not just in terms of peace of mind and additional damage to my vehicle, but also financially. The most disheartening part is the direct impact it had on my family, particularly robbing my disabled mother of the joyful Christmas she deserves. Please consider my experience before choosing this service. Your vehicle and peace of mind are too important to risk."
