"This is going to sound fake because it’s so positive, but I legit appreciated what Greg did for me. He stayed after closing to do a pre-purchase inspection on a used car. He didn’t just give me the usual short run-down or a one page print-out. He asked me to come with him as we walked underneath the car on the stand. I appreciated Greg showing me all the things he saw wrong with the car. Then he asked if we could test drive it together. So we jumped in and did a short drive with him explaining the things he heard and felt wrong with it. He was objective, told me the good and the bad. Really nice and helpful. REALLy seemed to CARE. "I don't write too many reviews, but read this. - My wife's car had the brake peddle going to the floorboard. and the warning light for the brakes on. I showed up at Greg's shop on a Friday at 4:57 pm. I was NOT waved away but welcomed warmly. After a 10-15 min talk about what I was experiencing with the car ( a caring diagnosis) Greg told me he was sorry but he might not have a chance to look at it till Monday or Tuesday. I told him I understood, and went about my weekend. The next day Greg called and explained the problems he was finding. Greg thought he could have the car done that Saturday afternoon. I was floored, but it gets more interesting. Greg called back shortly afterwards saying he was sorry but he had found the underlying problem a split brake line that didn't leak till some pressure built up while bleeding the lines, so I would have to wait till Monday. I wasn't worried, and went back to my weekend. About 40 min later Greg called me again. He said he felt bad and wondered if I would be willing to come by late that afternoon (3:30pm) Greg had started early to try and get me my wife's car back that morning .Then after finding problems stayed late to get it done. Then when I showed up he had washed the car as well! Greg showed knowledge - He repaired systematically (No throwing parts at the problem, and finding the small split in the brake line others may have missed.) Price - his bill was lower than one of the chain brake places where I had similar work done a few years earlier. Integrity - No pie in the sky promises, just straight talk with a DESIRE to live up to his word. I know this is a long post, but I wanted to explain EVERYTHING so his customer service would be CLEAR to some one looking for a mechanic. You could not do better than Greg! He is someone you can trust!"
