"I called the same afternoon that my master/slave cylinder for my clutch left me stranded on the side of the road and Lael was able to diagnose it over the phone, give me a temporary fix to get to work safely the next day, and completely fix the issue the next day. He worked fast and he was completely transparent about pricing and when it could be fixed, and he also worked around my work schedule.
