"Unprofessional. I've been dealing with red ants in my apartment for months and tried on multiple occasions to contact them for a solution to a possible ant infestation. (FYI the ants were crawling on my ceiling and falling onto my bed and floor, one night an ant landed in my noodles). After multiple times of calling you still need "proof" of the issue. I tried calling to ask for a preferred method to send videos and for professional help but they ghosted me, no response yet. I'm not asking for the world, just a professional to spray my roof and the tree outside but no they left me hanging and I have to stay here for the remainder of the lease. The situation has slowed down but im worried when it warms up more will come. I work in customer service so this kills me because if one of my guests had this issue I would try to help not blame them for something that was there before they moved in. Karen is the only person I can say I appreciate here because she worked hard to clean my place before I moved in."
