"I lived here for 7yrs and let me tell you the pics are all you get it is NOT a good neighborhood it is NOT quiet the apts are way over priced for what you really get the office staff over the years towed my legally parked cars I only had 2 for abandonment and when I drove it back and parked it they didn't have an explanation? You don't control your heat so it might still be on in the summer like mine was a few times you also can't get anything resolved with property management because they really don't know what to do since they're new every year or last 2 years pay close attention to your bill receipts because they like to sneak stuff in there...for example if you live in building 99 310 you will receive a vacant charge back notice for Xcel everytime a new property manager is hired and the office will try to make you pay even though u were still in the unit and didn't change anything and didn't vacate the unit they did this to me on 3 diff occasions and when I showed proof it wasn't me the office still made me pay so I had to move out I couldn't take paying for other ppls mistakes anymore do yourself a favor and run away from this place IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!! Roaches, bed bugs, wasps, and fleas own this place and have Xcel on speed dial save all your paperwork!! Anything above 2 stars is a lie, I almost forgot to mention the 3 or 4 murders and 2 dead bodies they found in the back parking lot and homeless sleeping in stairwells this is by far the absolute worst place I've ever had to live it's so bad I don't want my deposit back I just wanted to get away from this apt complex and it's management!!!"

"Maxx properties hired dirtiest lawyers to force out all there tenants this year. It was disgusting how people who had rental support were still forced out and now owe thousands they can't pay back. They dumped everyone's belongings outside in parking lot all at once early in morning. Then refused to answer all calls. I lived there for 5 years, and had a mental health crisis. Got state rent assistance, but they refused to wait, refused to talk to you, hid in there office while this was going on. Never again will I rent from Maxx properties, they don't care about their tenants."

"This is literally the worst apartment I’ve lived in and the most expensive one. Do not waste your time trying to live here. The building is filled with roaches and they don’t have pest control to come spray down the apartments. I already gave my 30 days notice and if y’all don’t do anything about it I’ll be seeing y’all in court because I literally have a child and this place is disgusting. I did not pay all this money to live with roaches!!!"
