"The only problem is when you move in. Although you pay for the trash to be picked up from your door, they do not. They only pickup small bags of trashes hahhahahahah it means if you have more trash especially in your moving days you need to take them all by yours. Its been two days I moved in but still the trashes are infront of my door. Mean I my myself have to do it."
"I lived here for two years and I had a great experience from the time the management company changed, the property managers are kind, polite and willing to help - Cassie is awesome. The maintenance team does a pretty good job responding to maintenance requests. Highly recommend!"
"We visited 6-7 apartment complexes in a weekend looking for the perfect relocation spot. Of all the apartments in the area AlfaCharlie was the easy choice. Very modern apartment with many amenities built in. We worked with Tatiana G. She was incredible to work with and incredibly accommodating. Tatiana went above and beyond working with us. She was so knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and worked to understand what apartment would be the best. Of all the apartment complexes we looked at, Tatiana was the kindest, most knowledgeable, and most friendly leasing consultant we worked with. "I keep getting packages stolen. I never get anything in these apartments. Front desk says there’s cameras but they can’t access them. Like what? $2,000 a month for a tiny apartment and they can’t even look at security cameras in their awful package room system. If you never want to receive packages come live here"
"Amazing customer service!!! I am not moving in for another few months, but Wick and the whole team has made the process so smooth (and trust me - I am not an easy person to deal with). Moving from Texas, I have had lots of questions and they reply promptly and courteously. I cannot wait to move into my new home!"
