"My girlfriend lives at Marq Iliff and was surprised at some of the reviews I’ve read. Compared to other apts I’ve lived in this place is great. The younger lady at the front desk is always very helpful and super nice. Even ran into her picking up trash the other weekend in the stairs. Maintenance also seems to be very quick and helpful and seems to always be cleaning or doing some odd job around the complex. Great people and nice apartments!"

"Stacey Borage has asked me to take down my review as an ultimatum for fixing the problems I encounter on a daily basis on this property. Trash, fires, amenities, and parking garage all remain a maintenance issue for over 5 months. They will probably reply to this review and say they want to reach out to me... Last time they did that they gave me an ultimatum to take down my review. When I talked to Stacey in person she also said I would have to sign an non disclosure agreement (NDA). ***Everything on this property is braking and they can't fix it in a timely manner.*** -- Random people sleeping in hallways and stairs. --Pool, hot tub, fire place, and grills are all out of service for another 4 months. -- Doors throughout building don't work. -- Parking garage is full of dauber and trash causing damaged tires. (Broken glass/metal shards) --Noise levels are not to Colorado building code. -- Black mold is in apartment."

"UPDATE: The property manager, Stacey has been a dream come true and amazing with helping me with my problems. Since my initial complaint back in August I was unaware that management had changed, so I had been essentially screaming into a void. Once Stacey heard of my problems though with my neighbors, she was right on it. She helped me move units and has been very kind and patient with me throughout the whole process and did everything should could in her power to assist me. I have been living in my new unit since late December 2023 and so far I have been loving it. I even had an issue with some gnats in my pipes and that was fixed almost immediately thanks to her. My stay here has been much enjoyable. Stacey’s communication is a 10/10. Thank you, Stacey and management team for your awesome service!"

"If I could rate zero stars I would. I've lived here for almost 4 years, it was great when owned as Spur at Iliff but when it changed to Marq it went downhill and continues to get worse. Filthy hallways, stairwells and property, dead mice left for days in common spaces, feces on the carpet, urine in the stairwells. "Security" is not a thing, used to be 24/7 now it's only on the weekends- they didn't tell us about the change until we complained about not seeing security around. Unhomed people roaming all over and sleeping and relieving themselves in the resident stairwells. Hard drug residue and needles all over the property. The "amenities" are not worth it- pool is often closed, gym leaves a lot to be desired, they installed a fence near the greenway where pets are supposed to go that nobody can access anymore unless you take a sketchy way around the building. At least 4 fires since I've been here, one was arson with someone dousing the hallway with gasoline. Management has changed so many times I don't recognize anyone in the office - if you can even talk to anyone since many times I've gone to speak with them and the office is closed. I've called, emailed, spoken to many managers that end up leaving in months and it doesn't get better. They do not communicate well with renters, often telling us about alarm testing or needing to access your apartment the day before it's taking place. We used to get weekly and monthly updates but that is hit or miss at best now. I've been saving up to get out of this hell hole and never look back. The ONLY helpful people here are the maintenance workers - I have nothing but praise for what they have to put up with. Do NOT waste your time, energy and hard earned money for this place, it will only bring you stress, frustration and potentially put you in a life threatening situation."

"I lived here for over 2 years and moved in when this place was owned by a different company and was named Spur Iliff Station. Staff was amazing and I loved it. Then it got sold and renamed to Marq. Things went downhill fast. Management/ staff is constantly changing, fire alarms went off every week and it was constantly dirty in common areas. I saw a mouse in my apartment and I called it in immediately and they never did anything about it. I had to spend my own money and take matters into my own hands to take care of the issue. Upon moving out I found rodent droppings in my closets. My apartment ceiling leaked and they did nothing about it either. They made up some sorry excuse so they didn’t have to deal with it. They also got my move out date wrong and deactivated my key fob making it hard for me to access my own home. Special shoutout to Melissa Torres for being the most horrible human being. She’s not remorseful for anything, she is lazy and so very rude. Go spend your hard earned money somewhere else!"
