Walker Landing

"This place is a joke. I saw another review warning others that it used to be Conifer Creek, but they changed the name. I wanted to give them a chance, maybe the new management would be okay. This is not the case. I have contacted them multiple times. The first time, the person was very pleasant and polite but did not respond for several working days. When they did, it was a repeat of their first message that completely disregarded what I had responded with initially. The second person was very short and curt and never responded at all. After over a week, I received another email response from a completely different person than the first two, completely disregarding what I had inquired about, that just stated "Hello are you still interested". Clearly they do not communicate amongst each other or they would have all known what i was looking for and when. No punctuation, even! If ANY professional completely leaves out basic punctuation, I am immediately out. You couldn't be bother to simply type a single question mark? Do not contact me again, worthless "professional." I was actually very interested in this property but their lack of communication skills both externally and internally, not to mention the suspicious reviews and being completely ignored for several days, I will not be pursuing this property further. If this is how they treat PROSPECTIVE tenants, I can only imagine how horribly the actual tenants are "treated" (I use quotes because I suspect there is not enough interaction for them to be treated any way except being ignored). I would not recommend even attempting to contact them. They clearly are not interested in the well-being of those they house."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! There is an ongoing issue of NO PARKING due to non-functioning vehicles and vehicles with no registration being allowed to be parked for 6+ months. This forces residents to have to park OUTSIDE the gate (which has not functioned for a year) at risk of damage, theft and now, being towed! There has never been possibility of paying for a garage, and furthermore, maintenance reserves spots for their personal vehicles using the golf carts. Don’t even get me started on the state of the apartment on move- in day. DO NOT BE FOOLED!"

"don’t move here , worst experiences ever back to back. I’ve lived here since a child and parking has never been as insane up until 2023, even in the early evening timing you will not find a single parking … there are a bunch of non working vehicles and vehicles being stored and hidden with expired tags. As a female who works night shifts , tired and exhausted, i’m expected to park far out of the complex , and walk back home by myself , in the nighttime, with my safety being comprised. the apartment simply does not care for any complaints, the leasing office listened and responded to me as if i was just a bother to them. Due to the lack of parking , i was forced to just park in a spot in the parking lot that wasn’t even considered a fire lane , and my car got towed while meanwhile sitting next to a car that has been parked up , broken down WITH expired tags for over 6 months. The unfairness that reeks from these apartments is unbelievable & unbearable . do not move here"

"They have the best quality, comfort and experience in all their services, in addition their recreational spaces are very cozy and pleasant! Of the apartments there are so many things that I can tell you but the words would not reach me to be able to explain how much I like to live in them ... but in a few words I can tell you that Walker Landing Apartments is the best option I could take in my life being part of this community is a great opportunity to be able to grow as a person and as a human being, Possible and in the best way that it can exist!
