"I made a review prior to the new management coming in almost 2 years ago and wanted to delete my old one, even though I did have a good experience with them, my husband and I have really been grateful with Jared and the office and maintenance team since the switch. Maintenance is really great, friendly and professional, and come in a timely manner. I’ve had a lot of medical problems the past couple of years and my husband has been working full time to help and any situation we have Jared has been nothing but understanding of the situation. I’ve spoken to him a couple of times but my husband goes to the office a lot more and has nothing but good things to say about him. Our lease renews in May and hopefully since things are coming up for us, after renewing our one bedroom for another year we’d love to switch to a larger unit since those look really nice. Were very happy here."
"Natasia was really great to work with and very professional. But I believe there is an infestation at this complex of roaches. Upon arriving to get my keys on move-in day, I found a sticky trap with roaches and bugs of all kinds on the kitchen counter. (Picture provided below) Dead bugs on the walls and in the kitchen drawers. Needless to say I’m not moving in! Also they make you transfer to centuryLink which had informed me that it would be 3weeks before they could install. This was super inconvenient due to their slow speeds and me working from home. The price is affordable if you wanna live with bugs! But good luck on y’all’s home searching!"
"Wish maintenance would clean up after themselves. I understand that they come to fix something, but that doesn't mean you can not clean up after your work is complete. It was not dirty or a mess when you arrived and you had to clean it to perform your work. So why do you feel you should leave it dirty/a mess for me to clean?"
"Submitting the maintenance request was simple & efficient. Maintenance met me on my stairs (unintentionally) when I was on my way out, and took the trash in my hands out before coming up to fix the issue. He was in & out in under 10 minutes and now my shower works great!"
"Manager Jarred Lewis was great to deal with Travis Snyder in maintenance, took care of anything needed promptly and gave me updates. Teddy Tapiz in maintenance also. All very professional and caring for the tenants."
