"Appreciate the sense of urgency they take for residents when something is wrong and we create work orders they try to repair them in a timely matter."
"If you don’t won’t your car stolen and packages stolen off your porch in broad day light I would not rent from here. I’m from sc so I did not know this was a bad area to live in and I had to move from here due to my car being stolen three weeks after moving in and my packages were all stolen! The worst decision. I told the office manager multiple times and all she said was I’m sorry to hear about that. The office girls are unprofessional and are not welcoming and the maintenance guys be half fixing things. Rent at your own risk. I really should have read the bad reviews because they was all true."
"Some of the worst customer service, these people lack common sense. Throughout this whole process, it’s as if they have no communication- everyone was giving misinformation. Do not even bother leaving a message to call back because they never do, horrible. Horrible people."
"Tisa J is a great property manager, She is always walking around the apartments and making sure that whatever is brought to her attention is taken care of properly. She has a Good character, caring and good at communication. I’d like yo also recognize Julyana she is very kind and sociable and helped me take care of things that o brought to her attention. Jaime& Jose are the maintenance men that usually service my apartment. Thank you guys for you hard work , being kind and considerate and fixing all that I needed in my apartment. The security guards that have been patrolling the buildings thank you also for the hard tiring work that you also do. I can tell as a team you all are working hard to get the bad seeds out to maintain a good living environment. You guys are amazing. Thank you to all of you. I recognize your hard work Kudos to you all."
