"The apartment is roomy and beautiful big windows. I moved in when the first opened up. I have been here just over a year. Although you can tell the apartments were built very fast. Because things shouldn’t be falling apart so soon. But they for the most part come in a timely manner to fix things. Maintenance comes when you you call. When I first moved in seems like they just let anyone move in it was so many people getting into fights in front of my window guns being fired in my building a lady got jumped on while carrying her small baby, people not picking up after their pets outside, and a batter ram in the building across from me, crime scene people over her it was a mess to live over here. Management changed a few time in a year. But now my building is quiet now the part in live in has improved I’ll say 90%. And I’m speaking for my building only. I think they weeded out all the bad apples. Now I can truly call this my home. It’s beautiful. I just wish they had garages and a pool. But I’m happy now with choosing The Reserves at Greenvalley Ranch. Good Job to the staff."

"Do not expect to get your deposit back. Left the place spotless, expecting to get my full deposit back. Ghosted and finally told it was all for cleaning. Packages are always getting delivered to the wrong address because of how they numbered the apartments Takes forever to get responses back on maintenance requests. Move in was a nightmare and took months. Should have known."

"Edit: they raised my rent $317 after I resigned my lease and they continued to only charge the original amount for 2 months after, making us think they weren't going to up it. The original amount also takes up an entire check, an ENTIRE check. They sent an email saying they were going to discuss the rent upcharge to people it was happening to. Lie. I called and emailed them about it and never heard back, just logged into my portal and saw that my rent went up $317. This will be the last year here. Place is a joke and they need to get their shi together.. I like my apartment, I went in 3 weeks ago to ask about the renewal process, I signed my lease in October, they told me they would just give us a packet and we fill it out and bring it back. Now all of a sudden we get a paper on our door saying our lease is up the end of the month next month and we need to renew our lease at the end of this month and if they don't hear from us by the 29th our rent is going to increase by $300. This is an "Affordable housing" unit that we can barely afford as it is and now they have us stuck between a rock and a hard place because 1 month isn't enough time for us to find new housing, pack, and move. I miss Chad he was great with communicating and solving any issues we had."

"This place is not affordable housing, it's income based depending on the unit they approve you for. When my wife and I were approved we were approved for a 3 bed 2 bath for around $1200 a month. They falsely approved us for it and told us that was the 30% income one and that they only had the 70% income one which jumped up to $1900 a month. We decided on a 2 bed 2 bath which was slightly more affordable at $1545 a month. since I was the only one with a job. It took us 4 months from the original move in date for them to finally let us move in. Place has had some serious crimes, yet still think they can up the monthly rent. Just expect alot of disappointments from this place."

"Was driving around the end of last week, looking for possible places to move to in this area and drove past the Reserves at Green Valley Ranch. The office was closed since it was evening time, so went to their website and starting things moving and Chad reached out to us. He was awesome, everything was very easy to use and follow on the website, quick and easy getting things moving. Beyond excited and looking forward to making this our new home!"
