From the moment I inquired about leasing options to my move-in day and beyond, the staff has been incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. "If I could give this apartment complex no stars I would. When we first met the people at the front office, we were super excited about living here. We liked the rules and also liked that It was a non-smoking community. But since moving in, I have noticed that they do not care about your well-being. I have asthma and our apartment smells like smoke and weed all the time I have called multiple times about this issue since we did not smoke and nothing has been done not once has the manager reached out to to me or my husband about this issue that I called about. I have called again for the fourth time after three weeks of no response from them about this issue and they tell me that they will let their manager know. On top of that when we first moved into our apartment, it wasn’t even clean and our mirror was broken. I had to call and complain for them to get somebody out here to fix it the day of since we had just moved in with our newborn it’s upsetting that they lied about the accommodations and act like they are concerned about your needs but does nothing to fix these issues. I recommend that if you’re looking into this apartment, really look into what you’re thinking of getting and make sure that the unit that you see is the unit you will be getting!"

"The two things that make this place a one star place to live is the front office and the people that live here. When I moved here 2 years ago with Justine and team in the front office. That was the biggest selling point for Courtland the front office staff was great and kind and happy to help. Now they are non of that, dont expect to get them on the phone, or stay until closing time, fill a services request if you asked them to, but at the end of the day just not giving that happy and how can I help attitude one would expect paying almost $3k in rent. On top of that the people that live here are even worse. I never lived with so many people in the community that lack common respect for their neighbors. Loud at night, kids break and vandalizing things, people throw trash where ever they please and much more. Lastly I will say the maintenance team is great and always get the job done and fast. This place need to do better at hiring front office workers and vetting the people that move in here, because having neighbors that have 10 adults living in a 2 bedroom apartment is a good look, along with the couple evictions a month."
