"My whole process started when I inquired about renting here in Feb 2022. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Unfortunately, the managers that I dealt with early on weren’t very knowledgeable and told me things that weren’t accurate and I was in for some surprises after I moved in May of ‘22 regarding my fees. By this time, the new manager (Ricky) had been brought on board and he had to deal with my frustration of it all. I will say that he was very polite and answered all of my questions. Although he couldn’t change any of the issues with the misinformation, he made sure that I was properly informed and made aware of everything moving forward. Also, since Ricky has been the manager, he has helped me on several occasions whether it was questions, concerns or issues! He’s very professional, caring , compassionate and understanding! I’ve been here right at a year now and any time there’s a maintenance request or just anything in general, things are handled in a timely manner and there are never excuses made. Again, besides the aesthetics of the property, this place has been an amazing place to call home and I’d highly recommend to anyone seeking their new home. Ricky, Thank you for being a great property manager and I appreciate you so much as well as our maintenance staff! Maria-3364"
