"I have fallen in love with this new management team! They are turning this complex around it. I appreciate the two techs they stay on top of any thing that needs to be worked on and the office staff is so kind and patient. The property needed a team that actually cares and it finally got it!"

"We paid rent on time... didn't even complain when our price went up after our first year. We were on the second level and maintained no complaints from neighbors. When we left we filled in the holes from having things up and hired a personal shampooing. Upon leaving we did not receive our damage deposit back. (Still we did not complain) but they went after us for "maintenance fees" and carpet replacement (which was covered in damage deposit, and this was during covid lock downs therefore everything would have been replaced regardless ... or at least one would've hoped) nonexistent damages... my credit score went from 750 down to 649 because of them specifically. I am trying to take this to court but in the meantime my credit has been ruined, I will be out legal fees... time stress and health concerns. These people have the capability to ruin lives."

"The rent was raised by $360. These apartments are definitely not worth $1,900-$2,300 per month. The apartments are so small. Management didn't seem to care when issues and concerns were brought to them. The parking is ridiculous. You have to pay for parking on top of the expensive rent. There's always random vehicles parked here and they never get towed. You pay for trash pickup... it most of the time never gets picked up. The pool is extremely small and doesn't have a hot tub. I wouldn't recommend living here. Since living here, there have been 2 separate shootings. 1 person was shot and killed in one of the apartments."

"Went to view an apartment and after reading the reviews I was a little concerned with the reviews from the past but I must say after my showing I had to come back on here and say I saw no evidence of a pest control issue the manager Tangy was very forthcoming about it and the plan in place when I asked about it. I was surprised by how nice the apartment actually was, and is one of the few places that are still affordable here in Denver. I'm looking to move in the next couple months and based off my interactions with the leasing office and the apartment itself made me want to apply even though I came prepared to hate it. 5 stars based off customer service alone and the fact that I felt like I was the most important person in that office and there were 4 other people waiting to see reight along with me and she handled us all with professionalism by herself."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE AT ALL!! THERE ARE BETTER APARTMENTS IN THE AREA THAT ARE NOT HEAD TO TOE COVERED IN ROACHES. Literally roaches everywhere you can imagine. The amount of times I found a roach crawling on my bed, in the kitchen, and don’t even ask about the bathroom. There was virtually no action from management after they sprayed once, as the roaches came back maybe 2 days later. All of the buildings are severely infected, spraying one apartment once does nothing. I cannot imagine what is under the floors. And once you leave they will charge you an exorbitant amount of money, (upwards of $2000) for things that have been in horrible condition since you got there. The amount we paid after, and the horrible experience we had living here, I would rather live in a worse area or pay a ton more living somewhere else. Now I know why they wouldn’t let us see the apartment before, my mistake, I know. DO NOT LIVE HERE EVER. CHOOSING THE ASCENT APARTMENTS IS THE WORST DECISION YOU WILL EVER MAKE FOR YOURSELF."
