"The office staff is typically great (shout-out Stephanie and previous employee Nikayla). However, maintenance is understaffed, leading to long work order times. Removal of snow on walkways between apartments takes the whole morning. Additionally, the rules are getting ridiculous. YOU ESSENTIALLY CANNOT HAVE GUESTS. You have to go to the office and physically retrieve and pay for a parking pass if your guests want to park on property 24/7. There have been MANY times the office is not open with little to no notice ("

"My boyfriend and I were supposed to move in and they decided to call us at 3:00p.m. stating we can’t be moving in that day anymore due to their books being supposedly closed. Not sure why they waited to contact us right before their offices closed and try to say there was nothing they could do even though the lease stated that date for move in and everything. So we ended up going ahead and decided to not move in all together and we were told word for word that we would be getting our application fees backs. I do have emails proving this as well. I waited two months trying to give them time to send the check out. The two months went by and nothing showed up so I reached out via email and they stated she had spoken to management and they said they had sent the check out and we doubled checked the address everything looked good so I waited some more time. I still have not received my money and when I tried to call and speak to someone about it the lady who answered just basically kept calling me a liar and was being extremely rude and said we were not going to get our money back. Definitely don’t suggest signing anything with this complex. They screwed us from the get go and who knows how much we would’ve gotten screwed if we had stayed renting with them."

"WHILE I AM NOT A RESIDENT MY DAUGHTER IS. WHEN THE THINGS THAT NEED TO BE FIXED ARE FIXED I WILL UPDATE THE REVIEW. I HELPED HER MOVE IN AND WE ARE STILL UNPACKING. We literally just moved in. UPDATE 9/25. Thye have been better. They have opened up lines if communication. They have fixed most of what was not ready for move in. We were told that they have office staffed every day including weekends. Yet here it is in a Thursday at 3pm and no staff. The office has been closed for 3 days. You get a phone number that goes to voice mail. We finally grabbed a maintenance person off of a golf cart to help us. He is doing what he can. His words "I'm just a maintenance man." Would I recommend this place? Probably not. Which is sad because we were really excited to move in. Not so much. So our washer is totally off balance. It took 3 times running it to get 1 load done. We are told it is a new washer. The screen was not put on the track. There is a gap in the baseboards and bugs are getting through. They are going to fix that. The screen door was off the track. Completely off. They are in the process of fixing that now. The maintenance man is Rodney and he has been awesome."

"Only reason I give 1 star is because of the location and layout of the units. Otherwise this is a terrible place and you should steer clear, and spend your money elsewhere. Moved here sight unseen September 2021. Had great communication with the office, got pictures of the unit, everything squared away up until actually being here in person. We had to get a hotel room our first night, and extend our uhaul rental, with no remorse from PACR or staff. Our unit was not move in ready, had more items to be done on a move in list than someone’s move out checklist should have. No communication between the office and maintenance so no one ever knew what needed to be done, when it was in the service request notes the whole time. Fast forward, it’s now going to be March we’ve occupied the unit for 177 days and have had 12 service requests, that’s one every 2 weeks. Too many in my opinion. You will never receive an email back, and if you call asking about something or a letter you received, the office has no idea what you’re talking about and say they’ll get back to you. We’ve never had a service request or building maintenance done on time, resulting in our money wasted on sending our dog to daycare when they show up 2 days late, and he’s no longer at daycare, and scared in his kennel. Let alone the request that are finished are done maybe 50% to their ability and none of the workers clean up after themselves. I kick myself everyday as I should have been the one to read more reviews and do more research before choosing this terrible complex as our “home”. But this is also not acceptable ways to be treating your tenants. So take my mistake and run far away, they don’t deserve the money they’re constantly fishing for. So here goes the next 7 months and wondering what’s going to go wrong. Enjoy the attached photos."
